Why integrating with Salesforce
Sync your Salesforce attributes with Salesmachine and enrich your Salesforce with Salesmachine important customer data (health, stage, pulse, cs owner, etc).
Sync your team activities between Salesforce and Salesmachine (Available on Scale plan only).
How to connect
> Go to your Integrations
> Find and Connect "Salesforce"
Once Salesforce is connected, you need to configure the synchronisation settings to enable the integration.
1. Mapping Configuration
In order to identify which Saleforce's contacts and accounts refer to Salesmachine's contact and accounts, you need to define mapping attributes.
For contacts, we recommend to use "Email" as the mapping field on Salesforce and Salesmachine.
For accounts, we recommend to use unique identifiers (IDs) as the mapping fields that you have both on Salesforce and Salesmachine. If you don't have the same IDs between the 2 services, we recommend to use the 'Domain' attribute.
2. Pull Salesforce attribute to Salesmachine
Choose the attributes you would like to see on Salesmachine. These attributes will be updated once a day.
3. Push Salesmachine attribute to Salesforce
Requirement: To populate Salesmachine attributes in Salesforce you need to create the fields manually in Salesforce.

For accounts:
1/ Go the Fields & Relationships page of the sObject Account here.
2/ Add the following fields:

The value of these attributes will be updated once a day.
4. Pull activities from Salesforce to Salesmachine (Available on Scale plan only)
Each time a new activity is added in Salesforce, it is also created in Salesmachine.
5. Push activities from Salesmachine to Salesforce (Available on Scale plan only)
Each time you complete a task, log an activity or a note in Salesmachine, a new activity is created in Salesforce.
